These Terms govern use of celqorstudio.com and requests for CELQOR products and services. By using the website or submitting a request, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy.

Website information

Website content is general information. Product images may be representative. Compatibility, specifications, availability, provider eligibility, repair scope, price, tax, shipping, timing and warranty are not final until CELQOR confirms them for the exact product, device, address or service request.

Orders and payment

Submitting the checkout form creates an order request, not an accepted sale, and does not charge a payment method. A sale becomes binding only after CELQOR confirms availability and the customer completes the secure payment step or another agreed payment method. CELQOR may decline or cancel a request involving an unavailable product, incorrect price, suspected fraud, incompatible configuration or delivery limitation.

Shipping, pickup and risk

Shipping method, cost and estimated timing are confirmed before payment. Delivery dates are estimates unless CELQOR expressly agrees otherwise in writing. Customers are responsible for providing an accurate delivery address and inspecting delivered items promptly.

Returns and warranties

Return eligibility, deadlines, condition requirements, restocking charges and warranty coverage vary by product and will be presented or confirmed before purchase. Personalized, opened hygiene-sensitive, special-order and final-sale items may have different restrictions where permitted by law. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot lawfully be waived.

Repair services

Online triage and estimates are preliminary. Final diagnosis, scope, price, timing, parts and warranty are provided for approval before authorized work. Customers should back up data when possible, remove access restrictions when requested and disclose prior damage, liquid exposure and attempted repairs. CELQOR is not responsible for pre-existing failure or unavoidable data loss except where required by law.

Connectivity and third parties

Provider availability and offers depend on service address, eligibility and provider authorization. CELQOR does not guarantee a third party’s network performance, prices, installation date or continued offer. Third-party products and services may be governed by separate terms.

Acceptable use

You may not misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with operation, submit unlawful or fraudulent requests, scrape protected content at scale or infringe CELQOR or third-party rights.

Intellectual property

CELQOR names, logos, page designs, copy, graphics and software are owned by CELQOR or used with permission. No license is granted except the limited right to use the website for personal or legitimate business inquiries.

Disclaimers and limitation

To the extent permitted by law, the website is provided “as is” without warranties not expressly stated in writing. CELQOR is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from website use. Applicable consumer-protection rights remain unaffected.
